The Streaming Manager is an essential operational and analytical role that supports the Streaming Strategy Lead and the broader digital strategy for Spinnin’ Records. The Streaming Manager acts as the key executor of streaming initiatives, ensuring the efficient logistical coordination of all releases across major DSPs.
A core responsibility is leading the management and development of key accounts: Soundcloud, Beatport and Deezer. Additionally, the Streaming Manager is the lead responsible for owned playlist curation, performance reporting and providing critical operational and data support for high-level strategies on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison with key Digital Service Providers (DSPs), maintaining good relationships with account and editorial managers to secure platform support.
Directly manage and develop commercial relationships and streaming strategies for developing but commercially significant platforms such as Soundcloud, Beatport and Deezer. Act as the primary liaison for these accounts to secure key editorial support and co-marketing activations that drive further awareness, growth and consumption for new releases.
Act as the internal point of contact for campaign asset delivery, metadata updates and logistical coordination related to new releases and catalog updates across all DSPs (including Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube).
Coordinate and organise all assets, timelines and pitch documents required by the Streaming Lead for pitching to key partners (Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube).
Take ownership of the development, curation, maintenance and growth of Spinnin’ Records owned playlists across all relevant platforms (Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube).
Develop and execute campaigns (on and off platform) designed to drive followers, improve listener retention and maximise streams generated by owned playlists.
Track performance of owned playlists, providing data and insights to the Streaming Strategy Lead on curation effectiveness and audience trends.
Execute and automate weekly, monthly and campaign-specific reports for the Streaming Strategy Lead and broader marketing team.
Assist the Streaming Lead in deep-dive data analysis, pulling necessary performance metrics from proprietary platforms and industry tools to identify trends, audience shifts and competitive insights.
Provide operational support for the YouTube content and strategy initiatives assisting the Streaming Strategy Lead and Head of DSPs & Socials with channel analysis, optimisation and content programming.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a music industry role with direct exposure to digital distribution, streaming operations, or analytics.
Demonstrable experience working with various DSP dashboards and CMS systems.
Profound understanding of the music market and genre trends, including knowledge of specialised platforms like Soundcloud and Beatport.
Exceptional analytical skills required to interpret complex streaming data and translate it into clear, effective commercial strategies.
Strong network, relationship management and communication skills necessary for building effective relationships with global DSP partners and managing complex initiatives autonomously.
Proven ability to manage deadlines and coordinate complex assets and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
Highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally detail-oriented.
Strong operational mindset with a focus on process efficiency and execution.
Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
A solid understanding of the electronic music space and its audience.
