Job requirements

The Role

As an Office Management & Hospitality Trainee, you are the heartbeat of the office. You ensure that the creative environment is optimized for artists, producers, and staff. This role sits at the intersection of Office Operations and Hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Support Front Office Excellence: Acting as the first point of contact for artists, guests, and partners. Managing front-office operations, welcoming visitors, and coordinating our in-house recording studio bookings.

  • Support Facility Coordination: Managing office supplies and ensuring the "look and feel" of our creative office are maintained and look into office improvements

  • Assisting in the on- and offboarding of employees together with the People and Culture and IT team

  • Event Support: Assisting in the logistical organization of internal events, preparing meeting rooms and catering for high-stake meetings

  • Health & Safety: Ensuring the workspace complies with local regulations and sustainability goals and advice on the Emergency Plan

Key Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MBO (3rd/4th year).

  • High level of organization, proactive "can-do" attitude, and strong interpersonal communication.

  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Google Spreadsheets etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills and detail-orientated. 

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment together with the Office Manager and around some of the biggest names in the music industry
